How to use the portal

+How do I edit my address?

1. Click My Profile in the header.

2. In the Contact section, click Edit phone & address.

3. Update Address line 1, City, Region, Postcode and Country as needed.

4. Click Save changes.

Your new address is saved straight away. To change your email address, please call us so we can verify your identity. Customer Services: 0113 487 2491.

+How do I change my phone number?

1. Click My Profile in the header.

2. In the Contact section, click Edit phone & address.

3. Enter your new phone number in the Phone field.

4. Click Save changes.

Your new number is saved straight away.

+How do I change my password?

Password changes are handled by our identity provider. To reset or change your password, please contact us so we can verify your identity and guide you through it.

+How do I view my loans or savings?

1. Click My Products in the header (or you’ll land there after you sign in).

2. You’ll see your loans and savings listed. Click a loan or savings account to open it.

3. On the account page, use the tabs available for that account type.

4. Loan accounts: Details, Make a Payment, Transactions, Statement, Your Direct Debit and Pay Off Your Loan.

5. Savings accounts: Details, Transactions and Statement.

+How do I see my payment schedule or past transactions?

1. Go to My Products and click the loan or savings account you want.

2. Open the Transactions tab to see past payments and activity.

3. Open the Statement tab to generate a formal account statement.

+Where do I go after I sign in?

You land on My Products. Use the header to go to My Profile, Contact Us or FAQs (this page) at any time.

+I can't see my products or something looks wrong. What should I do?

1. Refresh the page. If you’ve just signed in, wait a few seconds for your accounts to load.

2. If it’s still wrong, sign out and sign in again.

+I've been signed out. Why?

For your security, you’re signed out after a period of inactivity or when you close the browser. Sign in again with your email, password and MFA code.
